Most recently he was the Vice President of a renewable energy systems manufacturing company specializing in smart combined heat and power technologies. It was during this time that Phillip honed his sales, marketing, leadership and client retention skills – consistently achieving and exceeding multi million $ sales performance goals while maintaining service excellence among customers. In 2015, Phillip made the decision to leave the energy industry to pursue new challenges. He is an entrepreneur with ownership interest in other companies. As a licensed Realtor associated with XCELLENCE Realty Inc. he assists clients to relocate or invest in quality homes and real estate in the Florida First Coast market.
