MICHAEL'S PERSONAL STORY
Growing up in Germany, Michael’s childhood dream was to see the world. So he did! After earning engineering and business management degrees from TAC University and the BFW International Business School Michael began a full-time career in international business development, sales & marketing. He worked and lived as an expatriate executive in several countries and frequently traveled to and conducted business in more than 120 countries all over the world. 22 years ago, Michael and his family settled down at the wonderful First Coast in North East Florida. He started his own companies and developed a very successful multi-million-$ business operation in North America. Later, Michael sold his companies and began to focus full-time on real estate, a passion he developed over the years by investing in real estate for quite some time.
The Turwitt Team was founded due to the shortcomings of the classic real estate model. Michael and his team joined a program composed of extremely successful real estate professionals, and this Platinum Group of elite realtors is continuously coached by the most renowned real estate expert in North America. Over time, Michael assembled a passionate team in North East Florida to support clients in every facet of buying or selling their homes. He is proud to be the catalyst of change within the local real estate industry and within the lives of hundreds of clients throughout the years.
One of Michael’s greatest strengths is in seeing connections that are not always obvious. His ability to think laterally has secured deals and solved problems for many clients that would otherwise seem impossible. For example, in seeing that clients often struggle with purchasing a new home at the same time they need to sell theirs, Michael implemented a system in which clients can “trade up” their homes, optimizing the auto industry’s approach to the same problem. He brought accountability to the real estate business by actually offering a "Guaranteed Sale Program" to his customers. Now, of the more than 250,000 real estate agents in Florida, Michael and his team ranks in the top 3%.

Michael is married and has two children. He grew up in the Cologne area of Western Germany, lived in Scandinavia, Great Britain, Argentina as well as Brazil, speaks 5 languages, and found his permanent home in sunny Florida 22 years ago. He works very closely with his wife Christine, who is a specialist in design, decoration and home beautification. Michael speaks five languages, obtained a commercial pilot license and enjoys spending time with his wife, entertaining their friends, traveling and relaxing at their residence in St. Augustine, FL, the oldest city in the nation.
